What does flat rate shipping of $15 mean? It means that we will deliver your order within mainland Australia for just $15. The entire order will be delivered to one location.
Doesn’t it cost more to deliver to locations further away from the Fury Spearfishing Warehouse? Yes it does – but Fury Spearfishing offer this special flat rate shipping to provide a level playing field for our customers all over mainland Australia. This makes sure that everyone in Australia can enjoy the same low price Shipping.

What Courier Company Fury Spearfishing use? Fury Spearfishing uses multiple courier companies. The courier used will be the one that best services your area
When will my order be processed? All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays
When will I receive my order? Delivery times usually take between 2 to 6 working days for Australian deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas. These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays. As a general rule, Sydney Metro deliveries are usually 2 working day, Canberra deliveries usually 3 working days, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne around 2-3 working days, Perth and Darwin around 4-5 working days and rural deliveries around 6 working days . Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.
Delivery confirmation? We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within 3 days.
If no one is home? If no one is home at the time, usually they will leave a note for you so the parcel can be pickup by you from the nearest Depot. Please leave your best contact phone number so the driver can confirm delivery time if applicable.
Is my order covered by insurance under the $15 flat rate shipping? No sorry it’s not, but buy selecting insurance cover during check out for just $10 will provide Australia wide shipping insurance, so you don’t need to worry about your order going missing during transit.
Can i amend or cancel my order? If your order has not been processed by our team then we are able to amend or cancel the order however, please make sure you call us as soon as possible and quote your order Number.
Can I change my shipping address? If your order has not been processed by our team yes, but we are unable to redirect your orders once it is processed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
Can I track my delivery? Yes once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our transport partner.
Do I need to open an account to have my order shipped to me? No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can login right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavors, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
